Wow, you sound pretty wise. We must be on a similar path.
I am almost exclusively listening to instrumentals these days. Something I started in late summer. Classical music, and electronic music with no or few words.
Once you understand the whole “word magic” thing, (SPELLing, CURSE-ive, NLP, Burroughs’ word virus theory, etc.)
it’s hard to go back.
I’ll never listen to nirvana again. And that was my favorite band for two years in high school.
The mind/body/soul is an input/output machine.
i.e. :
Garbage in = Garbage out
Drama in= Drama out
Sadness in = Sadness out
You already know this it seems, posting for others who may be reading this.
I’ll look into this ulrich guy.
May the Lord Bless and Keep You.
🙌🏻
Thanks for the kind words, and another one to look at is Thorsten Quaeschning. He and Schnauss made an album together, and he's the head of Tangerine Dream now. My brother said their old stuff was good, but Quaeschning is awesome. Actually, Schnauss was part of Tangerine Dream for a bit too.
