This can't get up voted enough.
This was my plan, but labored for 24 hours on no sleep... Had nothing left in me. Ended up transferring... fortunately not too many issues... Minus almost getting CPS called... Because we denied what sounds just like this post. States require you to do the metabolic screening. There's also a form with it where you can say yes or no to them keeping your blood cards for 25 years... Why? Who knows... They claim research.
Bitches at the hospital didn't even know what I was talking about when I asked for the card.
I really didn't want to prick my new baby's foot that soon. We were going to do the 2 week one with our midwife. We had already talked to her about it. We even told them that, but a social worker showed up and tried to "sympathize" which really she was just a cunt. We both got very upset and she just tried to make weird conversation after we said fine we'd do it. She brought up some stupid welfare program .. like we looked like we needed that shit. It was weird as fuck. They didn't even push for shots or anything else. I was surprised. They also respected most if not all of my wishes. Husband actually got to pull him out. And they let me take my placenta home to plant it.
Homebirthing is the way to go. There’s no pressure for vaccines, blood draws, circumcision, and any other invasive, jew-ish Big Pharma bullshit.
