It makes sense since the internet as we know it is a DARPA creation. Every nation that wants to be autonomous has to run its own internet.

Kek indeed. Stating facts is not simping, summer child. Why wouldn't I use ARPANET? Am I Russia? Do you realize Russia is at war with NATO and that US ran internet presents many national security liabilities for them?
Acknowledging some technology came from the US military and intel agencies doesn't make it not useful for personal use. If I had to reject every such technology I'd have to live in the woods Ted Kaczynski stye. Smart people apply discernment and make the most of the useful side of tech with as little harm as possible.

Dude, we're on a conspiracy forum. Everyone here knows the net is controlled and surveilled by the government. Today's internet is google, porn sites, wikipedia and a few social medias and they're all ran by jewish tech elites.
