I'm not a lolbertarian free speech absolutist so you're not really putting me on the spot with that question. I think harmful and degenerate content should be censored.
Who decides what's harmful and degenerate?
Whoever is in control of the state. This is how government always works.
From a philosophical lens, I believe morality has universal existence and is not relative to the society or individual.
Why on earth would anyone think this is a good idea?
What exactly? What I said is a description of reality, not a claim on how society ought to be ran. It's the case that whoever is in control decides what's harmful and what's degenerate. Every single society has been that way.
