Unless it is Obama and DACA. An illegal law passed by executive order that should have required Congress to sign as legislation. Supreme Court ruled that it was in fact illegal, upheld the illegal executive order because of some frivolous emotional concern about "disparate impact". This is when I knew for sure the supreme Court was a council of clowns
