All ambassadors and consuls sent by western countries to middle eastern ones were always Jewish. This goes back as far as pre-WW1 era during Ottoman rule. Only Jews were allowed to direct the affairs of western countries in what was planned to be the future greater Israel.
In fact during WW1. The Americans intended a peace treaty with the Ottomans if they leave the coalition with the Germans. The American Jewish ambassador in Istanbul told the American peace envoy otherwise and it was never proposed to the Turks. This used to be common info in conspiracy circles but now it has been memory holed.
