I saw the paper and some reviews. There was an expert (against the vax) who had done a lot of Ramen spectroscopy. Including on graphene. This expert in Raman spectroscopy showed his own research in details.

Additional evidence against graphene: In the GO-vaccine paper, graphene is very visible as paper like particles with 60 degree folds. And it turns the liquid grey.

About Ramman .. The crystal of graphene and graphite is hexagonal. The Ramen spectrograph can not distinguish between a single carbon hexagonal (most carbon molecules are hexagonal) and a full slice of carbon hexagonals (graphene/graphite). There were even more possibilities with carbon bonds.

So you have to check what possible carbon can produce a similar structure. You also have to check different angles. The (Raman spectr.) expert showed that it was not graphene at all, but a known component: SUGAR.
