I think the main method of injecting votes into the system was assembling and rescanning batches of votes that favored Joe Biden. This was done in certain precincts in swing states over the weeks following Election Day until they flipped the swing states. The Biden batches could not be 100% for Joe Biden, or else that would have been too obvious. This method necessitated some inflation of Trump's vote count.
Seems very plausible.
It's weird how they both spiked in 2020, the steal was obvious on the Democrat side but why the outlying Republican turn out?
Because they mailed ballots to everyone during covid. You didn't have to remember to request anything. They just sent it to you. They made it extremely easy to vote and low income people, right and left, who usually couldn't miss half a days work to vote, got the opportunity to vote. It really is that simple.
I was one of those people.
