a) Positive vs negative aka want vs not want implies circular logic (reason) aka the cycle few draw around many.
b) Many willingly GIVE consent to, while TAKING into possession the suggestions by few...like voting representatives.

That's what one votes for...an artificial show; a divisive play; a dividing script to follow aka a distraction from shirking ones response-ability (choice) by voting for another.
