Real censorship is where they outright remove the video or they shadow ban you by never having you come up in the search results and they throttle the view counts. None of those have happened with this video which is a video they want people to see since it is part of the bread and circus festivities that they want everyone to put their mental energy into.
They did remove it from the search results. It was completely purged. You could still find it if you manually went to the channel. It was also never allowed to run in the trending section. A video with something like 32 million views in 2 days would definitely hit trending.

First thing I did when I saw the post was search for it and it was top result
I just searched Joe Rogan Experience on YouTube and it was the first thing to come up after a playlist of all his videos. 9 minutes after this was posted.
I hate big tech as much as anyone else but this is just more outrage porn in advance of the election. The circus rolls on
