There's always democrat judges who will do anything the democrat party asks of them.

Republicans don't have that sort of loyalty within their party, or with the judges they nominate and put in place. The judges probably put some kind of principle or honor above the party, and then the entire country loses principality and honor in the long run. If the game isn't fair, you can't play fair and expect to win.
