Free WILL of choice implies reaction aka regency. Will cannot act; only react to being (life) enacted upon (inception towards death).

If ones choice consents to a chosen ones suggestion, then one selects another as agency for ones regency, hence..."divergences caused by the agentur of the Illuminati"
