I get your point, and high fructose syrup is basically poison.
But come on broccoli was cultivated like 2500 years ago, we take shit like this for granted but it took farmers thousands of years to get the crops that we have today. It was no easy task.

I seen a few people even here talking about this, I wondered where they got this idea from.
Lmao workers comp should hire this guy, hes got that pro logic they use all the time.
The sugar itself is interesting, that guy saying (BUT ALL PLANTS HAVE SUGAR), well yeah, (THEY ALL GOT BACTERIA AND YEAST), well yeah like everything that is natural and grown outside. LOL These things can actually be beneficial for us, since most of our own personal biomes are mostly foreign bacteria anyway.

Fungi came first and it made a deal with the plants basically to get sugars/carbohydrates from them. I guess our forest are all connected by these networks too, and people again just take this all for granted, never thinking about it.
So its a bit more complicated than some cavemen spearing a live animal. Animals migrate also, having other sources of food just seems like a smart idea.
Whatever though, maybe your point is over my head.
Broccoli pairs well with meat for healing and growth.
