I think it's manipulation of the electromagnetic waves or radio frequencies to detonate electronics, like an emp but not and I think they have AI lighting the way.

It’s just a prelude to the ground invasion, softening up hard targets (in this case, the command—injuries—and communications—pagers/walkie-talkies—infrastructure of the enemy) to create less resistance to the initial push. There’s nothing being hidden, they declared war on Lebanon the day after the first attack and are going to ground invade sometime after Shabbat.
