Imagine we wanted to make an exact copy of the pyramids in Egypt, the great pyramid specifically.
Never mind building them without machines. Do you think mankind, not just the current residents of Egypt, but do you think in this world there exists the technical know how and political will to even be able to do it?
There is no any building problem of the past that could not be resolved with enough slaves.
50,000 Nubian slaves won't get shit built without someone there with a plumb bob and the know how.
There is not much know how in pyramids. And I can't imagine what use of their technologies could be useful today for anything.
You know, tech of making wooden wheels for a wagon is pretty interesting and sophisticated (more than pyraminds, IMO), but who the fuck could need it today?
Same with pyramids. Humanity built a lot of things much bigger and sophisticated than pyramids. Take an average HPP dam f.e. or starting table of a cosmodrome. I could not think out not only why anybody will want to build a pyramid, but even if he want, why whould he use that ancient and ineffective tech?
Yea, but a giant pyramid, built to the exact specifications. Perfectly lined up with the north star, smooth sided (before the arabs mucked it up) seams so tight a piece of paper wouldn't fit in. No mortar. Hidden rooms and tunnels. etc. etc.
Could we do it today, even using jackhammers to remove the stone and cranes to put it on trucks to bring it in from the quarry and large forklifts to put them in place, and steel girders to build a ramp to get the stones to the top.
Could we do it?
Frankly I'm skeptical.
Large stone blocks from natural stone is cuted out from rock using rope saw, not with jackhammers. It is self-aligning thing, so you get precise flat cut out of the box. Just modern ones use polymer ropes and modern abrasives. Oh, and electrical/diesel power instead of slaves.
What could be a problem with that? It is not a rocket science to find axis of Earth roatation at all.
Occupying a very small part of whole volume. IDK, did you ever saw a smoke-duct path inside a traditional Russian stove? That's the pinnacle of ancient topology of internal cavities, not that pyramid tunnels.
Easily. And it will be much better pyramid then Egyptian ones. The question is only in an idiot who will agree to finance building of such useless thing.
What the fuck with you, people? Yes, pyramids are cool monuments of ancient architects and builders. Nice. We will never find out exact methods used to build them. You could endlessly guess what exact fiber they use for ropes of rope saws or what configuration or levers and how many slaves exactly they needed to move stones. We could never find out. But what's the point of that, seriously? Do we urgently need to build a pyramid for some Soros or Rothshild mummy? Or is it have to be built using exact ancient tech now just because?
I don't see any use for pyramid itself and its building tech details unless you are an archeologist whose job to study that monument.
As for conspiracy part of pyramids "mystery". If there was some "advanced" "alien" "lost" technology used to build pyramids, then I have to make you sad.
No advanced technology exists by itself. There are always enormous amount of things in line to make that technology exist. Even if it is a magic wand, there should be whole industry to mass produce them. Not even talking about something not from fairy tales. But no any traces of tha found.
If you are looking for mystery in pyramids, then why you stuck on their properties, instead of searching and studying archeological artifacts with unimaginable purpose? Remnants of some unknown technology or something like. That should be the main direction of research, not that endless dancing around pyramids and posting already rotten shit about "how they did it"/"today it is impossible" round and round.
Bring here some obviously technological archeological artifact found somwhere in Egypt that is clearly out-of-time, too advaced for ancient Egypt and having unknown purpose. Well, even ancient Egyptian screw with cross head will be much more interesting than this endless "they build them, now we can't do the same". Not even talking about some more interesting and puzzling things that could really be a part of that "lost advanced ancient techology". That would be cool and interesting, not yet another standard post with standard phrases and deceit about regular things.
It is really doesn't fit in my head, how someone could wonder about pyramids technology, but have no any real intent to look for that techology.
Or I got all that wrong and real goal is just to sow a narrative "ancient Egyptians had a technology we don't have"? Then it is even more weird. What is the real purpose of pushing such narrative?
