To retard implies to delay/stop motion, which contradicts quesTION (action; motion)...establishing this contradiction within the minds of many is how few reign over them.

What are you even referring to...

REFER', verb (Latin refero) - " to direct"...what directs matter? What's the foundation of matter? If matter is odd; then what's even?
