All we're proving is that you haven't read the article, which debunks the quote anyway so why do you care who says it?
I already gave you a quote by a government official of a superpower nation saying we're on a 12 year existential countdown. If that's not enough then nothing will be enough and you should go to your corner and masturbate over your latest Victory By Technicality.
I think what you're not understanding is that in MLA you would use single quotes to denote a quotation of a speaker, and double quotes normally to enclose the title of a publication. But in the case that you can't use italics, it's acceptable to use double quotation marks to denote a portion of text that would otherwise have been italicized, had it been outside of the title.
I have no obligation to find you someone who said anything. That's not even what quotation marks mean in a title. You're just not educated in text formating for publication.
I tried to meet you halfway on this, I don't know what you intend to gain by continuing.
Why would I bother doing that?
To prove that you aren't a degenerate liar.

So is this your admission rhat the quote was made up by you?
