It’s not like he actually signs anything. He hasn’t been aware of what’s going on around him for years.
He’s likely already dead. Have you seen the reports that he’s going to resign the presidency in the next week or so due to a “terminal illness”? We’ve been run by communists for 50 years; he’s probably dead right now given that he hasn’t been photographed since he “got COVID” and didn’t immediately address the nation upon this letter’s release.
