I say they put incompetence into places in front of the curtain so we don't think to look for malice behind the scenes.

Ever read The Protocols of the Meetings of the Learned Elders of Zion? Because it says this word for word. It’s exactly what they do what they do.
I've been around enough to know some things but some people haven't and this is just a simple reminder.
