Well, it seems that's good for him, but alas, so does Justice Thomas, for instance, and his opinion matters a good bit more.

I don't disagree that presidents such as Biden, Obama, W, etc. deserve impeachment, and removal from office...but criminal trials for official acts are one of the things that did in the Roman Republic.
