what about the non official?
The question gets put back to lower courts. In short, they are saying it will be a whole other round of cases where in the future, the lawyers and judges will have to decide official vs non official.
Some are clear cut...like the President saying to the AG "focus your priorities on X or Y rather than A or B."
But others are touch and go, like how "official" state visits to swing states for presidential business happen all the time, or fundraising speeches, etc. etc.
