Think of it as a lazy meme, because the image sums up the issue.
Ten seconds of search-fu can find you articles on the most recent SCOTUS decisions if you want to go in depth.
Perhaps it sums it up or is complete bullshit. With a name like "justthenews.com" I see underneath, that doesn't look promising.
Meh. I always check the articles before I post an image. In short, SCOTUS slapped the wrists of the Executive branch's ability to imaginatively create rules to enforce existing laws. There were half the states on one side and half the states on the other, as one of the cases was "climate change" related. Big money was involved on both sides.
The other case involved your right to a jury trial, I forget the details, but the Court did a good job there upholding it.
