Report...if one responds to a port; then ones vessel gets docked.
Restore...if one responds to storage; then one holds onto.

Nature isn't for storage...it moves (inception towards death) each vessel (life). Mind/memory can be misused for storing suggested information by others; which is docked by ones consent.
