On June 15, 2024, Kansas State Attorney General Kris Kobach sued Pfizer for misleading the public that it had a safe and effective COVID-19 injection. The lawsuit seeks civil penalties for multiple violations of the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (K.S.A) to the tune of $20,000 per violation. The primary nature of the action includes the following 9 points:
1️⃣🤥 Pfizer misled the public that it had a “safe and effective” COVID-19 vaccine.
2️⃣🤥 Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.
3️⃣🤥 Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public.
4️⃣🤥 Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19.
5️⃣🤥 To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine.
6️⃣🤥 Pfizer’s misrepresentations of a “safe and effective” vaccine resulted in record company revenue of approximately $75 billion from COVID-19 vaccine sales in just two years.
7️⃣🤥 Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated previous consent judgments with the State of Kansas.
8️⃣🤥 Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, K.S.A. 50-623 et seq., regardless of whether any individual consumer ultimately received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.
9️⃣🤥 Pfizer must be held accountable for falsely representing the benefits of its COVID-19 vaccine while concealing and suppressing the truth about its vaccine’s safety risks, waning effectiveness, and inability to prevent transmission.
$75B vs $20k per violation. Hardly Pfizer owners will think - "Hmm, it's painful, we will never do it again".
IDK, but hardly anything but criminal lawsuits with jail time against all physical persons who directly or indirectly benefited from coronahoax will be effective. From Pfizer investors to nurses who did the jab.
Fines for Pfizer even noticeable will be just another stimulus for them to unwind some other shit to compensate losses with taxpayer money and another scams. It is not a punishment, it is invitation for other crimes.
The fine needs to be greater than the profit. That's the only way to stop it from happening again. Pfizer calculated how much they would gain versus how much they would lose if caught before the first shot was ever announced.

This will perfectly work with some regular business, but here we have kind of state-private corporation. Even if fine will be larger than profit, then losses will be covered from state budget. Look what's happening with large banks and other crappy institutions. And even Pfizer, IIRC was already fined around $3B before coronahoax. And then become creator and beneficiar of it.
When dealing with people who print money, fines are senseless.

That is why only personal prosecution will work, but I don't see how they could be done legally in modern clown world.
How by long before the lawsuit commercials are on tv every 5 minutes?
I hope soon.

This is the most crucial truth for understanding modern economics.
seems fake and gay. If there are no guillotines being discussed, it is completely inadequate.
