Not at all. Do you admit that the mutual protection pact means every military base is, for all intents and purposes, a NATO base?
Besides, the way things work, the US would plant a bunch of troops and such at a Ukrainian base, or build their own base, like Bagram.
And really, that would be top secret information if a specific NATO base were to be built. You have to prove that they would announce such things in advance.
No I don't agree with that claim and even if that were true, no NATO county was planning to build a base in Ukraine.
So, show that plan or admit that you are a fucling liar.
Silly goose, I never said anything about a military base, that's all you making some sort of jump through the hoop test in YOUR OWN FUCKING MIND that doesn't apply.
Every military base in Ukraine, if it was in NATO, due to the mutual defense pact, is by default, a NATO base.
