I don't know about meditating

Mediate/medius/middle aka choice finding balance by discerning self as center (ones perception) of circumference (all perceivable)...suggestion tempts one off-center, hence others utilizing MEDIA to mediate suggested information 24/7; all around the clock, and from all sides as N(orth) E(east) W(est) S(outh).
