The account is a couple days older than this comment. So I don't see how you could assume that, but, no. I didn't make this account so I could make a comment on this.

Why are you concerned about new accounts? Could be spammers? Not real people? Feds? Just some guy who got banned from one of the communities so created a new account? An extra account to give myself internet points?
