When he doesn't go where the irrefutable evidence had been pointing to for the past 3.5 years, then yes, he is a limited hangout.

I'm sure he earns a hefty sum of extra dosh from his 3 million subs, so he will just toe the official Youtube line and no tell the whole truth, so he can enjoy his extra cash.

His choice, but that by definition makes him a willing and purposeful limited hangout.
