At Court, summon a 12 person random Jury to take the case. They must determine if a Natural Law violation has been broken to take the case.

If someone is too mentally unstable and has to be locked up, setup an open to the public therapy ward that is 100% transparent. Here we will work on helping the mentally ill instead of punishing them so they don't become repeat offenders.

If a guilty party claims the Court was unfair to him, he may summon up to 2 more cases. Maybe on the 2nd case, the jury was more fair in his eyes and he'll take that but there can't be more than 3 cases. This prevents rare instances of jury corruption which is hard to do.
This means we would have eyes everywhere and anyone can run an arrest. Blowing the whistle gets us "backup". It would be very hard for criminals to get away with us all around society. Nobody has to wait for a 911 call either.
Also, later we will lower crime by 95% simply by fixing the economy.

Community policing has been in place in various stages and various levels of engagement. I believe these self proclaimed groups use nextdoor or similar social media apps. What started a good idea has turned into a clique and in some areas attempts to harass undesirable people into leaving the neighborhood have proven quite effective. It's a hard pass for me. It might just be a small number of the group that take it up on themselves to "clean up" the neighborhood, but it's taking an ugly turn. Careful

Others suggest putting partials together aka collectivism aka fixing broken to make whole again aka e pluribus unum (out of many; one) aka tikkun olam (healing the world by bringing together) etc. That is the wanted temptation each partial needs to resist to sustain self within whole.
b) VIC'TIM noun (Latin victima) - "sacrificial animal" implies to set apart (life) within animation (inception towards death).
...then each "broken" one within can balance on LAND; breathe AIR and be solid within fluid of WATER.
Sight is made possible by nature blowing life into one. All perceivable blows through each ones perception. Momentum (inception towards death) of Motion blows through each matter (life).
a) If all perceivable doesn't catch the attention of ones perception; yet a suggestion by another can with a whistle; then maybe attention doesn't need to be caught.
What if each one already "attends" all? What if being one within all implies "free" from one another? What's up with the suggested "catch and release" process aka "till death set us apart"? Ever try to catch a breath, while holding onto it before release? Very exhausting...

Force (inception towards death) offers weakness (life)...weakness needs to draw strength from offered force by resisting the wanted temptation of taking the offer.
Force pushes breath into weakness; weakness draws breath to strengthen self; force takes breath away...weakness cannot take force without ignoring to strengthen self.
Aka BACK (inception towards death) UP (life) aka loss generating growth aka motion generating matter aka origin transmuting being.
ALL backs ONE...other ones aren't ones backup. Seeking backup implies wanting many against few, while ignoring that few control many. One needs to UP self within BACK origin, which fronts one towards outcome.
Natural law backs one up; laws of men keep one down...if one consents to latter; while ignoring former.
