This is the first episode of the Christ The King Podcast, where my friend, Aeterni Patris, joined me, Catholic State, in discussing Dialectics. Enjoy! (odysee.com)

Get some intro music, and work on the sound and your tone, so it doesn't sound you're yelling.

Sounds good otherwise.

Thanks! Yeah, I have a naturally loud voice, and my co-host's mic was picking up my voice lol, thus the weird sound. I will have him sit farther away next time, so his mic won't pick up my voice.

It was an enjoyable listen.

As for the content, my only quibble is that with the idea that there are two parties just so one can be a rubber stamp. While the "uniparty" is a thing depending on the topic, there are only two parties in the US due to Duverger's Law. In first past the goalpost elections, two parties are the inevitable result of election rules.

Thanks! Understood. But still Duverger's Law only happens because of the broken system in the first place. And I was criticizing the broken system itself, not necessarily the 2-party result (which is obviously just a bad fruit of said bad system). So your point is understood, but I would say that it is essentially a distinction without a difference.
