It clearly targets conspiracy researchers as it is stated directly:

Anyway, it has some talking points about media and the general conspiracies, but nothing of actual value. I am absolutely convinced that this is just a distraction. But not in the main event, but in the flow of events and how are they handled. Almost everything is in reverse.
Still, thanks for sharing it. It's interesting someone spent time with this hoping for people to buy it. This has it's own meaning.
