There's a sticky on this Reddit post describing the full story of how the account is supposedly parody:

Mossad is openly threatening Americans for practicing free speech. We must declare war against these subverters!!

I would hasten to say I'm fairly certain that's just the alibi.

I think it's a personal commentary of David Barnea. With the influence the state of Israel has online I seriously doubt they would allow a parody account without having control over it.
