They see different cellular debris because the samples come from different sources. OFC they’ll be different from one another. And, tweaks are made to the serum recipe constantly, so the cells undergo different reactions. Also, the cell is still swimming in foreign DNA, thus contaminating the sample from further isolation. It is circular logic, not science.
