Just because Bob's wife is a dirty cheating whore, doesn't mean he shouldn't trust her not being a dishonest whore in all their interactions.

Cool metaphor. Here, I fixed it for ya. For all the slowboys out there - Bob's whore of a wife is western medicine and we are all Bob.
