You mean she developed a respiratory disease and pneumonia? How was covid-19 established as a cause? Antigen and PCR? You know those are fake and gay too, right?
So correlation equals causation? That's the thing in question, dude. Common sense doesn't tell you it was a contagious microscopic virus that caused her to have those symptoms. What if both of you were exposed to the same environment effects that caused the symptoms? How do you rule that one out, Sherlock?
