Nowhere on this page do I see the actual rules for host behavior, and the "Conditional probability by direct calculation" section, seems to contradict the established conclusion of the puzzle. | The Monty Hall problem (en.wikipedia.org) Discussion

To me, it only changes if I understand why the door is being opened

a) You understand "game show" aka you willingly chose to stand-under a shown game, which implies to gamble - "risk something of value on a game of chance"...that something of value implies your evaluating free will of choice, which you shirk onto a merchant; who suggested you to "lets make a deal".

b) Change is the origin of implication (if/then)...you are being tricked to ignore it for reasoning about which door to choose from.

c) "to me" implies towards (inception towards death) generating me (life) aka change as the origin of being.

truthful logic

Logic implies truth versus lie...always a conflict within self and against others. Reasoning binds self to a conflict against others; no matter which side one chooses within.

I am being told to accept

a) Suggestion tempts ones consent; perception inspires ones resistance.

b) Any tale implies suggested information tempting one to consent to hold onto it; like for example...if I tell you something with words; then you are tempted to consent to the words used to shape what I'm telling you.

For the happy merchant it's irrelevant what he shapes (sells) only what others accept (buy)...cause that's when the deal is made.

concealing a fundamental

Suggestion conceals the foundation of perception...IF one consents to it. Ones ignorance of perceivable for suggested implies self concealment.

Nature cannot be hidden by those within; those within wield the free will of choice to hide from natural (inspiration) within artificial (information).
