How do you know it wil be a black mother?
Because it's always black people when the race card is thrown (or Muslims) and everyone else is just 'people of colour' or 'asians'
So the 'black' culture is a likely target. It makes sense because they also tend to have a lot of single mothers statistically and that would make them the sole providers. Single mothers tend to work a lot and have to provide for their children but at the expense of not being around so those kids can be targeted more easily in general.
Combination with racial politics in the states, alongside crime statistics, suggests that a police aggravated death caused massive rioting with George floyd, so it's likely that with 10 years since Ferguson.... something happens. Biden was in office during Ferguson and I wouldn't put it past him to use something to Stoke political divide and a (massive protest) is just the thing because it leads to a cacophony of news

Ferguson is strictly American, so it would likely be related to black and white strife. American strife is now also mexican and all the southern border stuff, but it's grown to the point where people from Asia and other places are using the opportunity and corporations are loving the cheap slaves they can hire off the books.
But in other countries without a true 'black' history, it's related heavily to Muslims.
The UK has been slowly collapsing under the weight of mostly Muslim, East Indians, and Africans.
I don't see Europeans causing too many issues there.... So their racial conflict will not be 'black' it will be those above...
