The beam is green light, but the 'daylight flashes' of the house and street are polychromatic light that could not have come from either beam directly or atmosphere glow from lightning-like discharge. Yes, lightning flashes white but the duration in the video at 1:03-4 was too long for lightning which is milliseconds. Also the flash illumination comes from the wrong direction. Fake.
I don't doubt they have some crazy stuff cooked up but this is most likely computer generated overlapped to the video. Edit: kinda like that sky man video i had found, link
