disclose.tv...why would peasants celebrate?

To celebrate implies giving (consent)...doing it in response to a disclosure (suggestion) implies taking. Meanwhile in reality...celebration (perceivable) generates disclosure (perception); which becomes hidden knowledge if one ignores it for suggested.
