About 5 minutes, the man in the picture Michael Yon reveals that Jewish Mayorka was a MEMBER of HIAS which is Hebrew Immigration Assistance (society or whatever) and Yon discusses seeing Mayorkas

AT the CAMPS in Darien Gap, Panama previously, basically OVERSEEING how the CAMPS were going.

Haven't watched further yet.
