My employer's HR department gave a resumée class and said they look over all the non-white applications first, to achieve diversity quotas.
"If you can pass as anything other than white, check that box it will help."
This is an east coast State position in reference to other State jobs. Don't die without killing 2 enemies, this is a real life war.
