Any good books on this (outside of John Taylor Gatto)?

Adjustment. Fixed reaction to authority.

a) Consenting to suggested information affixes it within ones mind and authorizes those suggesting it.

b) AU'THOR, noun (Latin augeo) - "to increase, or cause to enlarge"...authorization of another implies submission of self, hence understanding implying "standing-under".

Doing so tempts one to ignore cause (inception towards death) to enlarge (life)...ignorance diminishes growth. Natural order needs to be resisted, which increases growth.

Integrating. Conform. [Make everybody equally stupid]

a) IN'TEGER, noun - "entire; whole"...being implies as partial (life) within integer (inception towards death).

b) CONFORM, adjective - "made to resemble" represents the inversion of being form (different) within flow (same), hence differ from one another.

Directive. Find You Social role. Find your layer in the Social hierarchy [and stay there]

a) Ones position (life) within direction (inception towards death) implies WAVE; noun - "a moving swell or volume of water; usually, a swell raised and driven by wind" aka frequency waveform of resistance within directing flow of velocity.

b) Suggested directives tempt one to follow; while perceivable direction inspires ones resistance (need); while tempting ones ignorance to resist (want).

c) Consenting to suggested tempts one into circular reasoning, hence "rolling with the punches". One doesn't have a roll in life; one is being tempted to roll over for others...

d) The only layer in social hierarchy is oneself aka the one laying self under another, which establishes subordination to selected authority (hierarchy).

e) Social implies coming together, while being implies set apart from one another...consenting to suggested implies ligament aka binding self to another.

Differentiating. You are better/worse

Better vs worse implies wanting vs not wanting suggested aka both "different" sides are consenting to the same suggestion, which each side ignores by fighting the other. This conflict is called reasoning, and it's circular in nature aka ouroboros eating itself.

What these conflicts of reason against ONE another are distracting from is that being ONE implies being apart from ONE another, hence differentiated as partials within whole.

Selective

Only ones free will of choice can select, and selecting among the suggested choices of another ignores one's choice, while establishing a chosen one as ones selection (elite).

a) Perception inspires ones resistance (need); suggestion tempts one to choose the path of least resistance...ignoring to resist (want). Many will choose to ignore need for want, since its easier, which in return establishes an opportunity for few to suggest want over need aka to exploit temptation.

It can only be few exploiters and many falling for temptations...otherwise ones resistance would've no benefits. In other words...nature inspires rise by showing loss.

b) CUSTODY, noun - "keeping; preserving from injury; imprisonment; confinement; restraint of liberty"...one cannot keep; all takes everything.

Only within loss (inception towards death) can growth (life) be injured, and free will of choice implies allowance of liberty. All restraints are self imposed by binding self to the suggestions of another when consenting.

intellectual inspiration

Intellect (Latin intelligo; to understand) implies to stand-under another, when submitting self to suggested information...this contradicts/inverts ones rise within perceivable inspiration.

Understanding implies suggested intellectualism, and ones consent to the suggested -ism binds one to another, which in return contradicts self discernment aka DISCERN, verb - "to separate by the eye".

Only all (perceivable) seeing (perception) eye (I) can discern self...lower case "i" implies standing under (understanding) suggested.
