a) UMBREL'LA, noun (Latin umbra, shade) - "the interception, cutting of or interruption of the rays of light"...corpus oration (speech of death) intercepts perceivable sound with suggested languages aka articulation of sound in words aka spell-craft.

b) An arbiter implies "chosen by will of others" aka a chosen one. What is arbitrary exercise of power over subjects called? Tyranny. Wherever one goes; the appointed TYRANT will show up.
