Kind of weird that reddit still have any of such posters. Any sane person even with only rudimentary critical thinking had to abandon that garbage bin in favor of other platforms at least with less obvious censorship, not even talking about really uncensored things in p2p realm.
But still I hear about reddit and how someone was banned again. WTF? What's the point? How could idea to post something obviously censored at reddit comes to someone mind? Is it like "I just got some obviously non-mainstream thought and should post it at the most censored mainstream platform"? It absolutely does not have any sense.
In the first place I would suppose that reddit itself do that posts to show their masters how they carefully fight "mis/dis/mal/whatever-information" to keep money flow. If there will be zero posts that have to be censored, then this flow will be quickly ended. Why their master will pay for doing nothing?
Another thing - Extremely weird that such posts still appear here. They does not contain any information at all. Does anybody here unaware that reddit is censoring everything that is out of their narrative? Anyone? So such posts are completely senseless.
And take in mind, that facebook, f.e. censor not less that reddit. And most commercial social platforms too. But I never saw here a similar post about "look, facebook banned somebody for something!". Only about reddit.
I could understand when axolotl_peyotl post something about reddit, at least he have some apropriate background personal story with reddit.
But why the fuck others do that? And why didn't they do that about facebook or linkedin or whatever social swamp you could imagine? Why only reddit?
Actually, the conspiracy subs still don't ban these topics. It has some hope left.
I know I started in reddit to research about conspiracy and I had a great time. This Amos_Quito mod, however, is really banning left and right with no real explanation. I guess being on his period or smth.
But after reinstalling windows, I got another account and continued to post in there. There is a chance that we might get a curious person that wants to make a difference in here. But someone has to tell them about this sub, right?
If you are asking why reddit and not facebook? It's because reddit still allows the sharing of news. You can even create your own page to mod and you can still make a dent in the system.
I know I get banned left and right, but do you see that users there upvoted the posts? Apparently, someone is paying attention.
You have truth in your words. However, if you are willing to share with such lost souls some info about alternative platforms, there could be much better and effective ways for that. F.e. monitor reddit and when some sane person appear PM(or how it named on reddit) them with necessary info. You will keep your account intact, and will have much lower chance to attract reddit censors attention. Posting something weird and 100% censored like that thing on your screenshot doesn't really help to find any decent audience.
Thanks, that's actually very valuable to know!
Well, I don't really care for my account, but I always wanted a way to avoid potential shills from reddit coming to spam this place, if I share it in a comment...
Thank you for sharing this! I now have a better way to promote this subreddit, and filtering the people, who can make a valuable difference. I really appreciate that!
Still we have a mistery with posts in other places about "reddit bunned me" and only about reddit.
Or you mean that it is also an activity to justify moneyflow for censorship reddit receive and an anpther way to "independently" proof they need this funding?
I didn't noticed anythin that will proof that topic author Neo1 could be some paid shill. Well, may be he just got that screenshot somewhere else, made by real reddit and bring it here just because he thought that it is yet another story about censorship? Then, it's up to Neo1 to think about why only stories about reddit, and not other platforms he see around. I'm shure he have enough brains to get the point.
