It is generally considered legal for a person to rummage through the trash that has been left in a public area, such as a curb, for pickup. Libraries pay more than we do for everything because they share the materials. The more people use the library, the better the library gets. If I don't own it, I'll check it out in the traditional manner.

We download for convenience. We don't usually keep it. I did have a rainy day collection in my last phone, it was stolen. I miss the books the most.
