Surprise! Sending DNA to a data aggregation company being aggressively pushed on every media outlet was not a great idea
Some people had legitimate medical reasons. Don't make excuses for the company making excuses.
Not sure what made you believe I'm a big fan of this company to the point that I'm making excuses for them, but no one should be surprised by this
RaaS happens daily. This company failed basic security protocols ( read the article), and then blamed the customer ( read the article). This shit can not be allowed to stand, the rest of the companies will follow.
