His music is utter garbage. He is a terrible singer and musician.

They channel it. Many musicians including Dylan himself admit as much.
I have read analyses of this establishing him as a tool of the elite, and one who was assisted in it. Miles Mathis claimed Dylan used Leonard Cohen's work. (there are other observers saying much the same.) But Miles has been shown to be a very shaky conspiracy analyst.
Who gives a shit as long as he keeps getting boosted?
