On att forward to 7726, and then cut and paste the number to them. I get the spam to go away, and then it is very clear something would my data, because it come back. I started using different fake name so I can figure it out.

Yes. They send this

AT&T Free Msg: Thanks for providing us with the content of an unwanted message. Now, reply with the sender's phone number so we know who sent you this message.

And then this

AT&T Free Msg: Thank you, we appreciate your assistance.

I can always tell when my data has been sold again, I once said that I hadn't gotten any spam texts in a while... Then I got them in the same fake name.

I was told stop doesn't work anymore. It tells them it's an active number. I send them on to at&t, and block them. If you've gotten different results, that's curious. Databrokers aren't included in the spam call laws,

$2000 for social engineering

Then they go on to define it incorrectly to justify their actions. At a later date they can change these terms to mean actual social engineering, and penalize you for wrong think.

This is misinformation. This applies to spam advertising texts not personal texts. This has been in place among all carriers since 2020.

Soros bought up past the 5% threshold on $TMUS a while back so he could get a board seat. I dropped them when I realized this. All carriers are NGOs at this point but some are WEF fan boys

you should actually read the text

if you did you'd find out this is for businesses buying bulk sms advertising campaigns packages from tmobile

this is not for individual customers sending txts

once again, your title misrepresents your link

Exactly. I've been saying elsewhere. None of these posts link to the actual ToS for individual customers, because this is for enterprise customers.

Not this bullshit again. Everyone is showing stuff that isn't even from the T-Mobile website. I can't find this ToS anywhere. From what I have found, this is the corporate/enterprise service agreement that's for customers that send bulk texts or need access to short codes. It does not apply to individual customers.

If you have a link to an actual customer ToS, or a case where they're going after a conservative business customer for political speech, please post it. Otherwise is this is Laura Loomer loony bullshit.

Because you’re lying and moving the goalposts. It’s not in the tos.

We know they’re spying on texts, and tos is irrelevant.

Try again with your bullshit on a new account you comprised this one
