b) Consider BUCK'ET, noun - "vessel in which water is drawn out of a well"

What if others entice one to fly with suggested wings to lure one into a bucket? What if collecting (COL) ones (ONEL) within buckets dries (SANDERS) them out? What's the key (K) to effuse (F) seeing (C)?
