They are like external vacuum pumps sucking out of Ukraine any wealth they could reach.
Obviously, if they had any plans to build Jewish state on Ukraine, they would have been building something there, develop their possible future "Holy Land" and so on.
Also, all their assets resided on Ukraine they use to suck it dry, will obviously change owners after this regions will eventually join Russia, Poland, Hungary or Romania, depending on respective population. All businesses in Zaporozhie, Kherson, Donetsk, Lugansk and Crimea that belonged to that Jewish families do not belong to them anymore.
Russian authorities playing by juridical textbooks, and looks like they are pretty good at that, so you will not find any proclamations and moves that will sound like "whatever oligarch property was nationalized!!!", it all covered by some law tricks and papers, so it just happen like something routine.
AFAIK, there are no any loud calls and cries about "illegal property seizure" nor about property of hostile Western corporations here, nor about property of hostile oligarchs. Everything made in the pretty juridical way, f.e. so corporations/oligarhs could not fulfill some obligations or contracts and pay fines, prolong license, present some papers in person to tax service in time or whatever bureaucracy. So, they lose property like by their own fault, due to unwilling to follow the Russian laws.
From the other side, again, AFAIK, Western corporations who are not hostile and ready to circumvent Western sanctions and continue to work here even recieve wide support from Russian authorities in establishing schemes of sanction circumvention here.

You might be aware of beta version of such method was used against Khodorkovskiy and his Yukos corporation, when Khodorkovskiy began actively participate on the Western side of political games against Russia. It was succesfull try, but due to some drawbacks it rised some noise on the West. Today method is polished to perfection and works without all that unnecessary noise.
You say Ukraine will be divided with border countries. There are dozens of construction projects in development in Kyiv and Western Ukraine, many by jews. When the war ends and Ukraine is divided, they will be the rich owners of a large amount of undervalued real estate.
